Agricultural Sales Professional

St. Marys, KS

GYPSOIL® (www.GYPSOIL.com) is seeking a truly outstanding agricultural sales professional to help us change production agriculture in the U.S.  We are now in 22 states and growing rapidly.  GYPSOIL® improves soil structure, water infiltration, nutrient efficiency and root development.  It is also a great source of sulfur and calcium.

The Territory Manager role is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new agricultural trend within a rapidly-growing company.  Responsibilities will include…

  • Increasing awareness of GYPSOIL’s value proposition
  • Implementing marketing and pricing programs within the assigned territory
  • Generating demand for our products through strong relationships with ag input retailers, distributors and large farmers
  • Ensuring the availability and timely application of our products through strong relationships with our internal operations team, shippers, and local applicators

Knowledge of agriculture, plus at least three years of sales experience is required.  Certified Crop Advisor status is desirable, but may be obtained while employed.

Plant Manager

Caledonia, WI

Reports to: Division Manager

The Opportunity:

Gypsoil Blendable, LLC is a two-year old fertilizer company, wholly owned by Beneficial Reuse Management.  Our innovative sulfur-based product(s) help fertilizer dealers conveniently and profitably provide their customers with healthier soils, higher yields and bigger profits. 

We are opening our second manufacturing facility in Caledonia, WI in October 2017.  There are plans in the works to add an additional three facilities across the Midwest over the several years.

Gypsoil Blendable, LLC is looking for team players who can get excited about building something great.   Our product is the best sulfur source for ag retailers, and our manufacturing capabilities need to be just as good. This is truly a team environment, where we are all committed to success.    You will work hard, but the opportunity for growth and additional income is real.

We need a plant manager for our new WI facility, and we would like to hire the successful candidate in September, 2017.  We will begin accepting applications immediately.  The job duties include, but are not limited to:

1.    Ensuring production quota is met

2.    Supervision of all plant employees

3.    Designing and maintaining local safety and quality programs

4.    Scheduling

5.    Ensuring proper facility maintenance

1.    Salary of $65,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience

2.    15% bonus opportunity

3.    Paid vacation, along with partially subsidized company health, dental, vision and life insurance

4.    401K with company match

 

Requirements:

1.    Team player with at least one year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

2.    Experience with quality and safety programs

3.    Ability to pass routine drug tests

 

Lead Administrator

 

Caledonia, WI

 

Reports to: Division Manager

The Opportunity:

     Gypsoil Blendable, LLC is a two-year old fertilizer company, wholly owned by Beneficial Reuse Management.  Our innovative sulfur-based product(s) help fertilizer dealers conveniently and profitably provide their customers with healthier soils, higher yields and bigger profits.

     We are opening our second manufacturing facility in Caledonia, WI in October 2017.  There are plans in the works to add an additional three facilities across the Midwest over the several years.

     Gypsoil Blendable, LLC is looking for team players who can get excited about building something great.      We need an associate to serve as Lead Administrator during the day shift, and we will begin accepting applications immediately.  The successful candidate will likely begin work during September.  The job duties include, but are not limited to:

1.    Accepting sales orders / inquiries

2.    Maintenance of accurate product and raw material inventories

3.    Management of office administration

4.    Scheduling finished goods pick-up

5.    Data entry into NetSuite

6.    Supporting Division Manager

 

Compensation:

1.    $30,000 - $40,000 salary, commensurate with experience

2.    Paid vacation, along with partially subsidized company health, dental, vision and life insurance

3.    401K with company match

 

Requirements:          

1.    Quick learner

2.    Team player

3.    HS Diploma or equivalent

4.    Good phone skills, and familiarity with MS Office

5.    Ability to pass routine drug tests
